Women's Christian College seeks to extend the ambit of its operations by introducing new subjects in under graduate and certificate courses, holistic development of students through their exposure to ethics and values, social work, co-curricular activities, sports and gymnasium facilities, psychological counselling, mentoring and self defence. In keeping with its service orientation and pluralistic approach, the college aims to organize more Faculty Exchanges, MoUs with other institutions, financial support to meritorious students from modest backgrounds, financial support to faculty for participation in seminars and publication of research papers and upgradation of classrooms, laboratories and extension of digital resources for better teaching-learning experience. Since the college believes in 'Education which Prepares one for Life as well as a Living,' it focuses on campus placement drives, soft skill development workshops and 'entry-in-service' software for preparation for competitive examinations.
