Profile of the College
- The Governing Body is an autonomous body that manages and controls the College.

The management and control of the College is vested in an autonomous Governing Body consisting of fourteen members of whom normally seven are women. Five representatives from the Christian churches and missions are nominated to the Governing Body by the Founder Body of the College.

The Principal / Teacher-in-Charge is normally a christian woman who is an ex-officio member of the Governing Body. A further number of five christian persons are nominated to the Governing Body by the Founder Body of whom one is preferably an indiovidual representing the interest of the All India association for Christian Higher Education.

Two representatives of the teaching staff such as have rendered at least two continous, confirmed service are also members of the Governing Body. Of these two teacher representatives to the Governing Body one has to be a christian.

One representative of the ministerial non-teaching staff such as have rendered at least two years continous, confirmed service is a member of the college Governing Body.

The members of the Governing Body and its office-bearers, other than the ex-officio member hold office for a period of three years.

They are eligible for re-nomination / election.
